Do You Know Someone Handy (or at least handier than us?)

Hey, just thought I'd ask if anyone knows either 1. how to fix a leaky one handled bathtub faucet (which doesn't appear to have washers to replace) or 2. know someone who knows how to fix it for cheap?

Thanks!

Ours are always like that. You take it apart completely and usually the washer is broken or rusted. If there's no washer than that's probably the problem :) Also, there's this little goody called "plumbers' putty". That is an automatic sealer for every pipe and tube. Those two things usually solve our problems. If we have questions we take all the removable parts into a ma and pop hardware store and they know all :) Good luck!

I think Scott is handy. He's always fixing stuff around our house. You can give him a call. :)

Heidi's dad is very handy, he has done stuff for the HOA! Good Luck!

I know without a doubt DAve could fix it- but he hates when I volunteer him for stuff.. But if you called....

Shawn actually did ours with the help of his plumber brother on the phone. So he might be able to talk John through it too. Good luck!
