We wish you better than luck. We assume you've paid your tithing! We also have faith that your realtor/helpers are walking you through this, so you will know if your buyer will qualify for their loan and the appraiser will love the house and the title company will have all the papers in fine order and all else will go smoothly! Keep us posted!
