Are you bored of my talking about moving and houses and stuff yet? Hope not, I think I might just be getting started. Just had to say that we found out that two other people made offers on the house on Friday. The thing about short sales is you don't know if they are lower or higher offers than the offer you made, so now we are evaluating our offer and going to put in our very best offer for the house and hope it carries. If not, well...well we will have to buy a different house. In fact, our realtor is taking us to see some other homes on Tuesday in hopes that we will find something else. My heart is still on the house in question, but I'm trying to stay open. Send all of your good karma our way will ya?
Well just thought I'd keep everyone updated. If we get that house, you can expect a very jubilant post here and when I get all moved in and the house is all cute-ified, I will invite every single one of you to the best house-warming party with the best house-warming food ever. It will be awesome. So like I said, send some good karma our way, and you'll find yourself at the new house party of the year. It's a win-win. :)
Oh, and want to know something cute? Maddy has started trying to sing a long to all sorts of songs, and it just makes me smother her with kisses. She has this tiny little girl voice and she doesn't say very many words very clearly, so the entire effect is adorableness. When we find our camera we will take a little video to show her off. I love that little toddler.

Maddy is darling! I heard Nate singing the other day, it was so sweet to listen to him, even if the song was about poop, it was still cute.

Thanks for visiting me on my blog! My wall color in the front room is "Cracker Crumb" and it's by Lowe's house brand, Valspar. I used it about two years ago, so I don't know if they can still pull it up on their computer, but I bet they could. Good luck!

Terry wanted me to tell you (so I am) that if this house doesn't work out, "It wasn't meant to be, and there's something better coming."
I wanted to tell you (so I am), that if this is the house the Lord has in mind for you, the whole process will unfold as perfectly as a rosebud coming into full flower. And if it's not the right place, it will be worse than pulling teeth and it still won't work.

Maddy is getting so big! I cannot believe that she is almost 2 years old! Mainly, because that means that I almost have a 1 year old and that just boggles my mind!!
